Investigation launched after 'sudden deaths' of two people in Belfast residence

The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) has confirmed that an investigation was launched following the 'sudden deaths' of two people in south Belfast on Saturday.

Belfast Live reports that a man was arrested in relation to the investigation but he has since been released on police bail.

In a short statement issued on Sunday, a PSNI spokesperson said: "Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the sudden deaths of two people at a house in the Annadale Crescent area of Belfast on Saturday, 4th February.
