An investigation has been launched after a man was hospitalised following an assault at a golf club in Northumberland.
Officers from Northumbria Police investigating an assault at Tynedale Golf Club in Hexham are now appealing to the public for any information.
Shortly after 12.00am on July 17, it was reported a man had been assaulted. The man suffered facial injuries and a broken wrist.

The victim was subsequently taken to hospital for further treatment where he was later discharged.
The incident was later reported to police who then began an investigation.
As part of their ongoing enquiries, police have today (Friday) issued an appeal to the public, asking for their help.
A spokesperson for Northumbria Police said: "Anyone with information is asked to contact police using the ‘Tell Us Something’ page on our website and quoting crime reference 083354T/22 or email 1266@northumbria.police.uk.
"Alternatively, you can pass on information via the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously by ringing 0800 555 111."
