Erik ten Hag has named his starting line-up for Manchester United's Carabao Cup fourth round clash with Burnley at Old Trafford this evening.
United, who have not faced the Clarets in this competition since 2002, will be looking to make a positive start to the restart following the World Cup and make it three wins in a row. The Reds defeated Aston Villa in this competition and Fulham in the Premier League just prior to the pause.
It means that Ten Hag will be keen to see his side attempt to pick up where they left off against the Championship table-toppers. The Dutchman, much to everyone's surprise, has fielded a very strong side, including five players who went to the World Cup in his starting line-up.

Tyrell Malacia, Christian Eriksen, Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford and Casemiro have all made the cut. The remainder of the starting line-up is made up of players who went on the recent trip to Spain.
Meanwhile, the likes of Luke Shaw, Facundo Pellistri and Antony have been named among the substitutes. However, Diogo Dalot, Harry Maguire and Jadon Sancho are among those to miss out.
Having made the decision to go with such a strong side this evening, Ten Hag clearly has aspirations of getting the job done without any hiccups, as United aim to take another step towards Wembley. It is, however, the Dutchman's decision to deploy Casemiro at centre-back that has attracted the most attention from United's supporters in the immediate aftermath of the team news being confirmed.
Below, MEN Sport has taken a close look at what some of United's supporters have had to say in response to Ten Hag's decision to start the Brazil international in the heart of the defence:
As you can see from the messages displayed in the tweets above, Ten Hag's decision to trial Casemiro at centre-back has raised eyebrows. However, some supporters appear confident that he will be successful in the role.

Substitutes: De Gea, Bennett, Shaw, Williams, Fred, Van de Beek, Antony, Elanga, Pellistri.
