Inter Milan defender Alessandro Bastoni has told his team-mates not to bother turning up if they are "scared" of facing Liverpool at Anfield.
The Serie A champions go into Tuesday's Champions League round of 16 second leg having lost 2-0 in Italy three weeks ago.
Inter subsequently failed to score in their next three games but returned to form with a 5-0 win over rock-bottom Salernitana on Friday night.

And Bastoni, who was part of Italy's successful Euro 2020 campaign last year, cannot wait to experience the Anfield atmosphere for the first time.
“If you are scared to play in these games then it’s not the right job for you," he said. "I can’t wait to play in the game.
“Liverpool are strong in every area of the pitch. Anfield will be a wonderful experience. I’ve been dreaming of playing at English stadiums and got to do so at Wembley in the summer and that one went our way.
"It’ll help us improve and gain experience on the European stage."
Inter dominated for periods in the first leg only to be undone late on by goals from Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah.
And of the result, Bastoni added: “I don’t think it was a fair reflection of what we saw on the pitch. We made it difficult for Liverpool and we know about their European pedigree.
“We were punished and it’ll be difficult to go to Anfield and overturn a 2-0 deficit but we need to correct the mistakes we made in the first leg and play well.
“I’ve been up against Ronaldo, Benzema and Vinicius Junior (in the past). Salah, Mane and Jota are all fantastic players so we will need to play very well and show our team spirit, that goes for me and all the other players."
Inter will have Ivan Perisic - who caused Liverpool problems in the first game - available after injury, although key midfielder Nicolo Barella is again absent through suspension.
And coach Simone Inzaghi said: "We know it will be a very tough game against one of the top sides in Europe but we are full of confidence to give it a go and full of motivation.
“It will be important for us to get a goal in the first half. That’s essential.
“In the first leg I think we turned in a very good performance but it was a harsh result on us based on our performance.
“We will be playing at a fantastic stadium in a great atmosphere. It’s fantastic to experience these sort of evenings.
“The first leg was positive playing in front of our own fans but we know it will be difficult at Anfield. We know the stadium will come into it. We have to be at our best. We are learning and these kind of games are unique for the players and me as a coach."
Inter had won only one of their previous seven games before Friday's triumph, but Inzaghi added: “The 5-0 win didn’t end any crisis as there wasn’t one in the first place.
"We are a solid squad and there are no problems internally and that’s what counts. We have always been confident in ourselves and the 5-0 win shows we have quality."
