Reports indicate that Israeli tanks entered the front yard of the hospital, although the Israeli military denies operating within the hospital itself. They claim to have maintained close coordination and communication with hospital officials, aiming to ensure the delivery of fuel and the continuous electricity supply to Al-Nasr Hospital in Jerusalem, Israel.
