Insurance business NFP expands with acquisition

NFP Insurance Birmingham

A Birmingham insurance business has expanded its footprint by acquiring a West Midlands consultancy. NFP has bought out Hagley-based Direct Safety Solutions in an undisclosed deal.

The acquisition will allow NFP to integrate bespoke health and safety services within its existing commercial insurance, employee benefits and HR offer.

NFP is based in the city's Jewellery Quarter and is a property and casualty broker, benefits and HR consultancy, wealth manager and retirement planning adviser. It also has offices in Bromsgrove, north Staffordshire and Berkshire.
