An interactive, Instagrammable pop-up event is coming to Cabot Circus this summer. From today (28 July) the Selfie Rooms can be found on the Upper Ground at Bristol city centre's flagship shopping centre.
Even if you're one to roll your eyes at an Instagram post or TikTok, Cabot Circus' Selfie Rooms are turning the idea of 'the selfie' on its head - quite literally. Wandering through the Selfie Rooms, the upside down room will stop you in your tracks.
From today (28 July) to 5 September, shoppers can enter a kaleidoscopic, topsy turvy installation perfect for the 'gram. Here's a bit more about what you can expect.

Shoppers will be put behind bars and given a chance to snap a 'cellfie'. Multiple rooms and photo walls come together to create an interactive installation perfect for all the family - even that one relative who hates smiling for a family photo.
If you snap a photo (or a few) you're encouraged to tag Cabot Circus on social media, using the hashtag #cabotselfie. There are a range of other exciting pop-ups coming to Bristol city centre this summer, including the huge multi-sensory pop-up, Luminarium, which will be on College Green from 4 August.
Kids get free entry to the Selfie Rooms, whilst those over the age of 12 get in for just £2.50. Booking in advance is recommended, but tickets can be booked on the day, too - you can book your Selfie Rooms tickets here.
