The pair are now renovating the commercial property as they prepare to welcome customers next month.
Speaking to LeedsLive, the 25-year-old said: “It’s a small project but I’m really excited we can do coffee and actually be customer facing.
“I’m just really happy, I love all the support I get. That post we put up (announcing news of the cafe), got more than 8,000 likes. I just love how everyone is excited.
“The cafe is going to be selling all the brownies and we’re going to introduce new products, we don’t have to sell things that are square. We can also make cakes now and so much more like banana breads and sticky toffee cakes.”
Savannah developed her love of baking while looking after young children working as a nanny.
During the pandemic, her business grew strength from strength, last year she opened a bakery and she is now preparing to open the new cafe.
Her businessy, which has an army of fans, has been supported by a number of Leeds United stars including Kalvin Phillips and Tyler Denton.
The message reads: “OMG. THE SAVVY BAKER CAFE IS COMING!!!!!! We got the keys to the first savvy baker cafe, a new venture and we’re doing it together! So many of you have been asking for it for ages so.. here you have it!!
