Magician Uri Geller has put his mansion up for sale as he moves into a "tiny" flat decorated with Ikea furniture.
The 76-year-old first put Sonning Court on the market for £15million in 2015, but he could not find a buyer so he rented it out until the end of 2022.
He then slashed the price by almost half, to £7.95million, after moving to his native Israel to live a more simple life.
The TV personality wrote on Twitter: "My dear friends, yup a new page in our lives. We now live in a tiny apartment in Old Jaffa furnished with Ikea furniture and I love it! simplicity is the secret to happiness."
After putting his Berkshire home on the market with Savills, the illusionist claimed the new owner will benefit from the property's special powers.
On the real estate company's website, Sonning Court is described as "a graceful and impressive English country mansion on the bend of the River Thames".
The mansion, located in the village of Sonning-on-Thames, has eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and 11 reception rooms.
There are also a cinema room, a gym, as well as a cellar and wine vault.
The property comes with accommodation for any guests and a covered heated outdoor swimming pool.
Sports lovers will also benefit from a tennis court, landscaped gardens and an extensive parking area.
Savills says: "Sonning Court is set in a beautiful village of Sonning-on-Thames in the Royal County of Berkshire close to London and Heathrow.
"Constructed to magnificent standards some fifty years ago, Sonning Court is a graceful and impressive English country mansion with nine bedrooms, on the bend of The River Thames.
"The architect was influenced by the Greek period, erecting four impressive sculptural Ionic stone columns adorning the façade of the residence.
"This is a stunning riverside property set in wonderful secluded gardens.
"The property is situated in the heart of Sonning-on-Thames and boasts many interesting features. There are several separate buildings on the estate."
In the large entrance hall, there is a big staircase with an impressive chandelier, and windows that let the light through, making it welcoming and bright.
The sitting room overlooks the garden, and the property also has river access, with 111 metres of moorings.
The gardens are steeped in the "mystical and enigmatic history of the Magna Carta", claimed Uri.
A yew tree planted by the magician is said to be a seedling from the tree under which Britain's most famous document was signed in 1215.
The new owners will also have access to a helicopter pad and will be able to work from a pyramid located in the garden that has been used as office space.
The village of Sonning is popular with celebrities including Hollywood star George Clooney, Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin and former England cricket captain Andrew Strauss.
Former Prime Minister Theresa May and her husband also live in Sonning.
