A pregnant woman was one of two people found dead following a remote siege, survived by a toddler dramatically rescued by police.
The 23-year-old was in a relationship with a man whose body was also discovered inside a home in Queensland's southwest in an "incredibly confronting, traumatic and tragic crime scene", police said.
