Coronation Street star Tina O’Brien swapped the famous cobbles of Weatherfield for Switzerland as she hit the slopes with her family. Tina, who plays show favourite Sarah Platt, left the Underworld factory far behind as she enjoyed a snowy getaway.
Tina shared snaps and video on her Instagram of her holiday with husband Adam Crofts, daughter Scarlett and son Beau. In the Swiss Alps the star posted a glamorous selfie of herself wearing skiing gear and one of her talented 13-year-old daughter.
Recently it was revealed that Scarlett has been cast in the BBC revival of its school drama Waterloo Road. Scarlett will play Izzie the daughter of Chlo Grainger, played by Katie Griffiths, and Donte Charles played by Scarlett's uncle Adam Thomas.

Scarlett is Tina's daughter with her ex Ryan Thomas, who played Jason Grimshaw in Corrie. "There she is," proud mum Tina captioned a snap of Scarlett posing like a natural in front of the snow-capped mountains.
Tina, whose Coronation Street character Sarah has recently had a tough time after her husband Adam Barlow was targeted by stalker Lydia Chambers, wore Celine ski glasses, a fluffy beanie hat and a black and white striped jumper. And she joked as she pouted for the camera: "All de gear no ideeeearrrrr."
Tina, 38, and her husband-of-three-years also posed for a jokey selfie showing Tina covering her face with her blonde hair with sunglasses worn over the top. He loves me because I'm classy", she captioned the comical photo.
On their trip Tina swapped her character's local the Rovers Return for a lively après-ski pub where they enjoyed live music. In a video clip Tina could be seen beaming as she sat on Adam's shoulders.
Last year, to mark her little girl becoming a teen, Tina shared a moving video featuring photos of her growing up from her baby scan onwards. It was Scarlett who introduced her famous mum to her future husband when, as a toddler, she strolled up to Adam in a Starbucks and said 'hello man.'
In 2019 Tina told us that Scarlett was keen to work in musical theatre. She told us: "From the age of three she started singing so she started singing before she showed any interest in acting.
"She used to say 'I don't really fancy the acting but I like the singing' and she used to sing Castle On A Cloud from Les Mis. A teacher sent me a video of her singing it and I thought 'oh my gosh she's actually really quite good. She's got a lovely singing voice."
Last year proud uncle Scott Thomas delighted fans by sharing a super-cute video showing off the acting talents of Scarlett and Adam's eldest child Teddy, seven. Former Love Island star Scott made a First Dates-style ad for Asda's fashion and homeware range George starring his niece and nephew.
Last month it was reported that Teddy would be joining his dad Adam and cousin Scarlett on Waterloo Road playing Donte's son Tommy. Adam said about working with Scarlett on their first scenes together: "My very first day back @waterlooroad …not only was it my first day, but it was my first scene with my lil niece @scarlettjthomas26.
"Am just in awe of this girl, could watch her all day every day! …can not wait for you guys to see her in action! "What a special day. Waterloo Road is back."
