Tiffany Trump got married this weekend in a lavish ceremony - and for once it wasn't Donald Trump who was centre of attention.
The 29-year-old, who is the only child Trump has with second wife Marla Maples, tied the knot with Michael Boulos on Saturday at the former US President's Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida.
Boulos, whose family owns a multibillion-dollar conglomerate of companies, got down on one knee in the White House's Rose Garden with a $1.2 million ring in January 2021.
Despite Trump's humiliation at the US Midterm elections and expected Presidency announcement, the focus was fully on the happy couple and the whole family put on a united front.
Tiffany wowed in two stunning dresses and took to the dance floor with her famous dad after his interesting speech - and the big day wasn't ruined by a very concerning hurricane. Here's a look inside the wedding:
Lavish ceremony
Tiffany decided to get married at her father's Florida mansion because it was where she was born and grew up.
"We are focused on this sacred union and welcoming beloved friends and family, not on politics," Tiffany's mum Marla told PEOPLE, adding that the family chose the venue because "this was Tiffany's childhood home and where she was brought into the world."
Trump and Marla, who he married in 1993 and divorced six years later, helped organised the big day.
A source previously told Page Six: "There has been a lot of planning and a lot of staging. This is Tiffany's big moment, and it will be lavish. It is going to be a huge and beautiful affair."
Multiple fire trucks were seen arriving at the wedding and lined-up at the side, but it's unknown whether there was an emergency or if it was to ensure the guest's safety (more on the hurricane chaos below).
The nuptials started just before 5pm, with a singer serenading the wedding party as they took their places.
As is tradition, a smiling Tiffany walked down the aisle with her proud dad, who was pictured giving her a kiss as he gave her away.
The newlyweds tied the knot in front of family and friends underneath a gazebo adorned with a halo of pink, blue and white flowers.
Mum Maria shared a prayer during the service and Tiffany's closest friends from childhood were chosen as bridesmaids along with some family members (more on that below).
After having cocktails and nibbles looking out to the stunning sunset, the guests all went inside Mar-a-lago to get the party started.
A number of guests uploaded Instagram pictures and stories from inside, showing tables that were covered in lush floral arrangements and tall, crystal candelabras.
They also hired a band of at least 10 members and dancers who performed in ensembles that resembled loofahs.
Tiffany's two dresses
Tiffany wore a stunning Elie Saab gown with beautiful beading and long sleeves - with her mum also wearing a dress by the same designer.
It was a nod to her husband's heritage, with mum Maria explaining: "It's a Lebanese American wedding, so we were so happy to have Elie Saab create the magic."
Considering she was after luxury jeweler Tiffany & Co., she was always going to have some fancy bling, and she accessorized with dangling diamond and pearl earrings.
She kept her makeup classic with a stunning smokey eye and a pale, pink lip.
For the reception, Tiffany got changed into her second gown of the day, which was still white but far easier to dance in.
After her first dance with her new husband, Tiff took to the dance floor with her dad to Beatles hit Here Comes the Sun - and Trump was also seen having a boogie with wife Melania in a rare moment of PDA.
Unified Trump family
It's been a hectic time for the Trump family over the last few years and in particular the last week.
There have been claims of in-family fighting and Donald even blaming wife Melania for the Midterms humiliation he suffered.
But politics was put to one side on Tiffany's big day as they all joined together and put on a united front.
Tiffany's half-sister, Ivanka Trump, who had also been at her bridal shower last week, was one of the bridesmaids and wore a beautiful blue Cinderella gown along with her daughter Arabella.
While her two sons, Joseph and Theodore, looked very dapper in their suits and blue bow ties as they took on the role of page boys,
Ivanka uploaded some lovely snaps from the big day, including a sweet pic of the sisters holding hands and some with husband Jared Kushner, who served as a senior advisor to Trump.
She captioned her Instagram post: "When I was 12 years old my dream of having a baby sister came true! From the first moment I held @tiffanytrump in my arms and looked into those big, kind, curious blue eyes I was smitten.
"Tiffany radiates love, compassion and grace ~ attributes that she will bring into her marriage with Michael.
"I wish Tiffany and Michael an abundance of happiness and joy as they begin their lives together as husband and wife! May their love be a source of light in this world."
Also in attendance were her Tiffany's two half-brothers, Donald Jr. and Eric, who have both posted lovely photos from the special day.
Don Junior was there with wife Kimberly Guilfoyle and their five children, with the youngest being page boys and bridesmaids.
"Great time with the Smurfs at Tiffany’s wedding yesterday. The little one were all in it and were perfect… not that there was ever any doubt," he wrote on Instagram.
While Eric was there with wife Lara Yunaska and their two children, who looked adorable in their outfits which matched the light blue theme.
Donald's speech
One of the biggest moments of the day, aside from the 'I do's', was Trump's toast to the happy couple.
During his speech, Trump praised his new son-in-law and made reference to the terrible weather that nearly ruined the big day (which we discuss in the next section).
"Michael, you better take care of her," warned Trump, adding: "No doubt, you are a special person and you are way beyond your years.
"I have seen him dealing with very big people. . . You are just two spectacular people and this was a beautiful day."
Tiffany's mum also gave a speech to the happy couple and even thanked her ex-husband, before making a little joke.
"I just want to thank your wonderful father, Donald, and the beautiful Melania [Trump] and all the family for holding so close to Tiffany throughout the years," said Maria.
"It's been a bit of a ride for everyone, but the warmth you all share together is what holds this family together. If we all stay strong together, we're going to help hold the world together.
"Let's hold this love together, let's hold our hearts together, and let's just step out in the world and know we can change the world one day at a time with just our love. We can do it."
She cheekily added: "Donald, you may have to do a little more."
Hurricane chaos
The wedding nearly didn't go ahead due to Hurrican Nicole.
Earlier in the week, Palm Beach, along with four other counties in Florida, issued mandatory evacuations ahead of the storm.
Storm Nicole was the first Category 1 hurricane to hit the US in November in 40 years and was picking up winds of 75mph after making landfall.
Not one to be told what to do, Trump decided to ignore the warnings and stayed at Mar-a-Lago to watch the results of the Midterms.
But Tiffany was said to be 'flipping out' as staff at the swanky venue for her guest's welcome dinner were sent home ahead of the impending storm.
A source told Page Six: "Some guests came in for the week, and they had all these things planned. It was going to be a whole over-the-top thing. They had to cancel events today and canceled a golf outing for tomorrow. Everyone is stuck inside.
"Friday is supposed to be a welcome dinner and they aren’t sure it’s going to happen … Tiffany is flipping out."
On Wednesday, the Palm Beach International Airport closed and canceled all flights, so some guests who were flying in from all over the world were unable to make it.
Originally it was expected that 500 guests would attend, but that number seemed to be drastically reduced on the big day.
Thankfully for the happy couple, their wedding went ahead without any drama and the weather looked very pleasant during the ceremony.
During his speech, Trump mentioned the weather and how he refused to put up a tent to cover the guests in case it did start raining cats and dogs.
"They were worried about rain," he said during his toast. "They said, 'Sir, we are going to build a big tent over the pool.'
"I don't want a tent because if you build a tent two things: Number one, it costs a lot of money. Who wants to spend the money? And two, it's just not the same. And I said, 'Let's take our chances, right Tiff?'"
Speaking about how nice the weather turned out, he added: "I think it's emblematic for you and your life and we are very proud of both of you. Have a great life together."
Famous guests
Despite Trump's presidential aspirations, he reportedly did not use the occasion to charm some political friends.
Sources said there were "really no political people at all", but artist Alec Monopoly and Miami’s Papi Steak owner David Einhorn were in attendance.
Close Trump associate, casino mogul Steve Wynn, was also said to be there as well as Jonathan Cheban, the Big Brother star and Kim Kardashian's best pal.
Elvira Grau, a longtime friend of Tiffany's mum, revealed that the actual headcount was less than 300 people.
"It's not going to be a big, big wedding - not like 500 people as some have suggested," she said before the wedding.
"It will actually be less than 300 people. So it’s a smaller, handpicked crowd of just the closest family and friends."
Despite Trump's status and love for the limelight, Elvira claimed that the entire guest list was chosen by Tiffany.
She continued: "They chose to do that for the kind of reasons other people opt for more intimate weddings, they don't want people they don't really know there.
"Given who her father is, this isn't his day - it's her day. So Tiffany picked the people she wanted. She picked all the guests. It was all up to her."
