SEVERAL protests broke out in New York City on Thursday demanding Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu be arrested the “minute” he enter the UN General Assembly.

Police detained more than 100 people during an initial demonstration organised by Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP), which attempted to block Israel’s delegation as it arrived at the UN headquarters in Midtown Manhattan.
