A new restaurant with views across Swansea Bay has opened in Mumbles. The Grill Restaurant, located above Gin & Juice in Oyster Wharf on Mumbles Road, boasts stunning vistas of the Bay and the finest food to match.
The high-end restaurant aims to bring a touch of "elegance and glamour" to dining in Mumbles and chefs have created a menu that focuses on sharing steaks and the best local seafood. The restaurant team is proud their fish and seafood has been provided by Cardiff’s Snowden & Co and that all their beef is sourced from local Welsh farms. "Sourcing has been central to the design of the new restaurant menu," a statement from the restaurant said. "The Grill’s signature 'Butcher’s Block' selection features large dry-aged PGI Welsh Beef sharing steaks, sold by weight, with cuts including Tomahawks, T-bones and Chateaubriands [while] fish and seafood are provided by Cardiff’s Snowden & Co with dishes including Welsh coastal oysters simply served in a shallot mignonette, with lemon and Tabasco."

We want to bring a touch of elegance and glamour to dining at The Grill and make it the perfect spot for any occasion."
