But what do we know about Graham's personal life?
Here's all we know, from his dazzling career to relationships and huge business success.
Career
Graham began his career as the host of Comic Relief and was instantly a hit with audiences as they lapped up his witty banter and quirky mannerisms that we all know and love today.
From Comic Relief, he moved through the reality competition show circuit as host of Strictly Dance Fever and How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria? along with its spin-off series, which saw contestants compete to land the leading role in The Sound of Music, Oliver!, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat and The Wizard of Oz.
After building up extensive experience and becoming a familiar face on our television screens, it was no surprise to anyone when he was asked to host the Eurovision Song Contest.
He has now even ventured into radio after appearing on Virgin Radio on the weekends.
Relationship
Graham recently returned to Ireland to be married to his now husband, Scottish filmmaker Jonothan McLeod.
The pair tied the knot in a private ceremony with just their close friends and loved ones in attendance at Bantry House in West Cork in July this year.
The Irish TV host had kept the identity of his mystery partner and details of their relationship under wraps even after marriage.
However, the Daily Mail later reported that Norton's husband was none other than the filmmaker.
The pair, who were reportedly spotted together for the first time in December 2019, were also seen stepping out together a few months after Norton's secret wedding.
Besides that, little is known about their relationship, including how the pair met or when they began dating, as they have chosen to keep their personal life away from the stoplight.
Successful business
Not content with his rise to stardom and successful broadcasting career, Graham has proved he has a nose for business.
The TV host is a hugely successful businessman when he's not on our tv screens and is the face of a popular gin.
The host's drink won gold and silver at the Gin Masters 2019 competition in London shortly after being introduced to the market.
In a blind-tasting competition, Graham Norton's Own Irish Gin scooped a gold medal, while his Graham Norton's Own Pink Gin landed a silver award.
Created in collaboration with West Cork Distilleries, Skibbereen, Graham Norton's Own Irish Gin is a combination of juniper and coriander, with hints of locally foraged rosehip, fuchsia petals and gooseberries rounding off the special blend of 12 botanicals.
With his business ventures and presenting gigs it is estimated that Graham Norton has a massive net worth of €38 million.
