Set within walking distance from the beautiful village of Chipping Campden, the dream home comes mortgage-free with the added bonus of all stamp duty and legal fees covered.

The winner can live in the house, rent it out or sell it, and they'll also be given £100,000 cash as part of the prize too.

If they decide to rent it out, local estate agents estimate that the property could earn up to a whopping £15,000 a month from rentals.

The incredible 4,250 square foot house has been designed to blend in with the surrounding landscape and has been built using local stone and timber.

Inside, there is a combination of traditional Cotswolds architecture and striking modern features that combine elements from the past and the present.

The heart of the house is an open-plan kitchen and dining room that provides a sociable hub for modern family life.

There is also a separate sitting room which is the perfect space to relax with family and entertain friends.

The large entrance hall has a feature wall and leads down to a home office, gym and snug area.

A striking staircase in the hall then leads upstairs to the four bedrooms, with a master bedroom boasting a dressing room and luxurious en suite bathroom with a double ended bath and walk in shower.

There three further double bedrooms which all come with en-suite shower rooms.

The outdoor area surrounding the home is particularly impressive with well-maintained, level lawns and trees that span across a one-acre plot surrounded by beautiful woodland views.

Around the large heated outdoor swimming pool are sun loungers and patio areas to relax and unwind.

The house is situated amidst rolling Cotswolds countryside within the 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' offering many beautiful walking and cycling routes.
