Inside the crime empire ruled over by a 16-year-old gang boss

Bullets fired into family homes, terrifying firebombing attacks and brazenly flashing his drug cash in public.

For months baby-faced gang boss Harry O'Brien terrorised his local community and got people double his age to do his bidding, despite barely being out of school. Known to the local police since the age of 12, O'Brien brought fear to innocent families as he went to war with rivals in a campaign of wanton and brazen violence.

Earlier this year, the now 17-year-old was locked up for more than nine-and-a-half years, after his crime empire was brought crashing down. Whether it was a case of not caring whether he was caught, or in his thirst for revenge not thinking at all, the hot-headed thug simply couldn't control his temper.
