Beauty subscription brand Glossybox have launched their hotly anticipated limited edition Summer Bag for 2023, and it’s immediately become my ultimate cosmetic companion for summer holidays, festivals and flights.
The curated holiday kit features a total of 10 summer essentials including full sized cult mascaras and sample shampoo and conditioner duos from best-loved brands like Too Faced, Bobbi Brown and Bondi Sands.
Priced at £25 for subscribers or £35 for general shoppers, the total value of the bag is over £108, saving customers at least £73 on the contents. One of the products inside is worth the same as the bag itself, making the rest of the products essentially free.
The beauty bag launched online today, but we managed to get our hands on one early to try out the products, and with a hen do, festival and summer break coming up over the next few weeks, this bag couldn’t have come at a better time.

The hero product in the Glossybox Summer Bag is without a doubt the full-sized Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara , which is worth £25 alone. It’s a mascara that I’ve used and loved previously, but it’s undeniably spenny, so I’ve always previously purchased it in travel sized, so it’s great to finally have a full sized version of the cult-loved formula.
Meanwhile, the Bobbi Brown crushed oil infused gloss is absolutely stunning, and could possibly even rival my favourite Fenty Gloss Bomb, with the Hawaiian Tropic Coco Magic Cooling Fragrance Mist giving the likes of Sol De Janeiro a run for their money.
While I don’t typically use false lashes, I have been known to use individuals for events like festivals and holidays, so the Amor quick lashes will come in handy for my summer calendar, giving ‘high maintenance to be low maintenance’ vibes.
When at a festival, there’s little chance of getting a full eight hours - let along on a longhaul flight - so the inclusion of the Bondi Sands eye cream is well thought through because it’s definitely one I’ll be reaching for a lot this summer, alongside the Laura Mercier primer to keep my makeup locked in place from morning to sunset.
