An unusual property on sale in Greater Manchester has caused a stir online with its minuscule proportions.
The surprising one-bedroom home located near the town centre of Ramsbottom in Manchester is being listed for £70,000 - and is worthy of George Clarke 's Amazing Spaces according to some.
Based on Spring Street, the tiny house also has a pocket-sized kitchen-living area and a petite en-suite bathroom, reports the Manchester Evening News.
And while this might not seem like anything out of the ordinary, the interior of the property has got people talking online - all because of the dimensions.
The property's half-sized staircase is one particular eye-catching detail - as is the size of the kitchen.
Some users on Twitter have blasted the layout of the property, while others say the house has real potential.
“Everyone look at this terrible tiny house attempt,” a user named Hannah, tweeting, said.
"[It has] only two rooms and they’re both the worst use of space I’ve ever seen."
Others said the space made them feel "queasy" and that it had been built "with little thought".
However, other accounts defended the property, saying the right buyer could make it into a good home.
“Yes, it is a pity, a tiny space but a decent interior designer or architect could make much better use," Gary Cummins tweeted.
GiveMeSpace3 added: “Narrowboats have had good layouts for decades, and I reckon the designer could learn a thing or two there too."
The home, marketed by Pearson Ferrier, is an end of terrace home.
It features gas central heating, double glazing and no onward chain.
