A bunch of kind-hearted residents have adorned their houses with huge chocolate decorations to create Britain's 'real-life Quality Street', raising foodbank donations for those in need this Christmas. At least 24 generous residents of Boyce and Bransby Street in Sheffield have decked out their terraced homes with giant replicas from the iconic chocolate box brand.
Kayleigh Thomas, 36, first created a Quality Street-themed display at her three-bed property two years ago. She then encouraged her neighbours to get involved in the project.
But this year's effort is "bigger and better" - with 10 more homes taking part, transforming the 'quality street' into a 'quality community', she says. Famed Yorkshire sweet brand Quality Street sent Kayleigh a free one-tonne pile of their chocolate, which she's been exchanging with locals for foodbank donations.
