Former Real Housewives of Cheshire star Dawn Ward and her ex-footballer husband Ashley's incredible mansion is up for sale with a whopping £7 million price tag - but it's not the first time the family home has been up for grabs.
The reality TV star, who became a staple of ITVBe's glamorous show during her 7 year stint, lived in the huge five-bed home in Alderley Edge, Cheshire with her husband and their four daughters for several years until she upped sticks and moved to Dubai last year, which Dawn now says is a 'permanent move'.
The 49-year-old made her debut on Real Housewives for its first series back in 2015 alongside Tanya Bardsley, Leanne Brown, and Lauren Simon, but in December 2020, Dawn shocked RHOC fans after announcing she was quitting the show due to family reasons.

In late 2021 the TV star turned interior designer and her husband packed up and moved their life over to the UAE, but despite moving across the world, the couple kept their sprawling manor house, Warford Hall, and have been back and forth over the last couple of years.
But now the property guru has decided to put her prestigious period home back on the market, having decided to make the move to Dubai permanent with her interiors business. The mansion will be familiar to fans of the Real Housewives show, as many of the dramatic scenes were filmed there over the years.
Dawn and Ashley first bought the property, which was built in 1867, when it was a bleak call centre in a sorry state. During their ownership, they have transformed it into one of Cheshire's most luxurious properties with many lavish features that only money could buy.
Dawn told the M.E.N: "We've lived in Cheshire for 20 years and we've had amazing memories there. It's a great house for parties, it's a great house for family. It's in a great location and really private, people don't always realise that Great Warford is just three minutes drive to Alderley Edge, five minutes to Wilmslow or Knutsford.
"It's really private, yet really well located. We initially rented it out because we always thought we'd come back, but we've decided this is a permanent move for us now, we love it in Dubai."
But despite its glamorous look and idyllic countryside location in Great Warford, the couple struggled to sell their mansion after putting it up for sale back in 2013, and it remained on the market for five years.
In 2017 Dawn had dreams of converting the mansion into a wedding venue, but these plans were soon dashed after government planning chiefs sided with almost 200 objections from neighbours. She went on to secure planning permission for a spa retreat on the site, but never went ahead wih the proposals.
Six years later Warford Hall is now back on the market after being listed for sale on Rightmove on December 23, 2022 at a price of £7million.
Dawn said: "We are selling it at a competitive price now, because there's nothing else on the market at that kind of figure for that kind of house in that position. Before when we have put it on the market, we weren't that bothered about selling it really, but this time it's priced to sell.
"It's got it's own drive, it's private, and it's a genuine hall. You can never build another like it and that's what's unique about it."
The couple are selling the stunning 11,000 square foot Grade II listed country house for £7 million, with further accomodation and additional land on the 12.5 acre site available to buy outside of this price tag.
The house itself sits in 7.5 acres of parkland and immaculate gardens and is considered 'one of the most prestigious houses in Cheshire'.
Dawn says: "I just hope it goes to someone nice, we have had the most amazing memories there, it's hosted our Creme de la Creme charity ball, big parties, christenings, it's been a wonderful family. Even though it's so big it's still very homely."
Set over four floors, the ground floor is centered around a huge galleried reception hall with a grand staircase which leads into each of the reception rooms.
This floor boasts four large entertaining rooms including the drawing room, a grand dining room, a living room and a sun room, as well as an impressive kitchen with a central island.
On the lower ground floor is the lavish bar and games room, a prime location to host parties, as well as a cinema and laundry room.
The master bedroom suite spans the majority of the first floor with two dressing rooms, both with their own en-suite bathrooms, a luggage room and two further bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms and one with a dressing room.
Up on the second floor is the fifth and final bedroom which again comes with its own en-suite and walk-in wardrobe.
Outside the grounds boast around 7 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens, paddocks and a long gated driveway as well as an outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Additional planning permission has been granted to enhance the outdoor pool area into a covered leisure facility and cgis have been created to reflect this.
Dawn adds: "It's got so much potential because of the size of the house, the planning on it is endless. I don't think there's another house like it in Cheshire, it's quite unique."
