Shocking pictures show the aftermath of a 'dangerous' cannabis farm raided by police in Bury. Officers executed a search warrant at a property in Prestwich.
There they found remnants of what they say was a cannabis farm within the property. And images shared by officers shine a light on the horrific conditions inside.
In one picture, huge extractor appearing to have been shoddily attached with expanding foam can be seen hanging from a hole in the ceiling with a number of loose wires also hanging down.

Another image from the property on Lowther Road shows an array of batteries and plugs, plugged into heavily scorched wall sockets.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said it was an example of the 'dangerous electrics being used by the growers.' Some of those who commented on the posts said it was lucky a fire hadn't broken out.
In the tiny bedroom, plaster and rubble can be seen on the bed with huge nails jutting out from the wooden stud wall.
Sharing the pictures on one of their Bury South social media pages, GMP said: "Bury South Neighbourhood Police conducted a Warrant on Lowther Road in Prestwich regarding a Cannabis Farm.
"Below is the reality of the living accommodation with dangerous electrics being used by growers and the aftermath of the Cannabis Farm."
No further details have been disclosed. It is unclear at this stage if anyone has been arrested in connection with the grow.
