The 71-year-old singer, who performed for the final time with Genesis on Saturday night, has been locked in a high profile legal battle with his third ex wife Orianne Cevey.
Orianne Cevey, 47, in the 90s when she was working as his translator in Switzerland, and they eventually tied the knot in 1999 - but divorced nine years later in 2008.
