An “exquisite” home has been put up for sale in Merseyside which comes with plenty of impressive features.
The seven bedroom and six bathroom house comes with its own detached bar, an indoor swimming pool, gym and huge cinema room. If that wasn’t enough, there’s also a separate two storey garage which is fitted with plumbing and electricity and can be used as another living area.
The main home, spread across four floors, is found secluded behind electric gates, on a cul-de-sac, down a private Mere Road set back from the main road. As well as being close to Willow Park and Newton Lake, in Newton-le-Willows, the home also has its own large plot of land.

In the front there's a large patio, lawn and driveway, with enough parking for a number of cars. In the back garden there's further space for outside dining with a patio and a fire pit with a gazebo. It's listed with Purplebricks for £1,650,000.

Images of the property show that the home has been impressively renovated over the years, to include a basement area with a large pool room which also has a shower room, jacuzzi and storage area. Also on this lower level is a 20 seat cinema room.
The ground floor features more family living areas, with a dining room and sitting room spanning the length of the home. There's a separate kitchen with additional seating in the form of a breakfast room, that leads onto a garden room.
The first and second floor have both balconies and seven bedrooms. A number of bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms with some even boasting dressing rooms.
The Purplebricks listing reads: "Purplebricks are delighted to welcome this exquisite seven bedroom detached property, set over four floors to the market, this unique property sits on an extremely private and large plot.
