Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods became inseparable after they were first introduced almost 11 years ago by mutual friends.
After forming a distinctly close bond in a short timeframe, the pair soon began referring to one another as “family” as they enjoyed memorable trips, supported each other through milestone moments and also business collaborations.
Yet, their unshakeable bond was rocked seven years after first meeting when Woods, 25, admitted to sharing a kiss with Tristan Thompson, who was dating Jenner’s Khloe Kardashian, in February 2019.
The drama not only ended Woods’ relationship with the Kardashian-Jenners but also caused Khloe to split from NBA pro Thompson, who she had welcomed her first child with.
While many believed their friendship was beyond repair, Kylie and Jordyn have prompted reconciliation speculation after they were pictured enjoying dinner together on Saturday, July 15.

Summer 2012: Kylie and Jordyn meet for the first time
The former BFFs first crossed paths when they were introduced by a mutual friend, Jaden Smith, back in 2012.
The son of actor Will Smith went to middle school with Jenner while Woods has been family friends with the Smiths for many years.
It is understood that her late father, John Woods, a former sound engineer for TV and film met the Oscar winner actor while working together and became firm friends until his passing in 2017.
May 2014: Jordyn attends Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s wedding
Jordyn became so close with Jenner that she was invited to the influencer’s sister Kim Kardashian’s wedding to rapper Kanye West in Italy.
The 25-year-old was one of the 200 guests in attendance at the star-studded ceremony in Florence.
August 2017: They star in reality TV series, Life With Kylie
After five years of friendship, the pals decided to take the next step and appeared together in Jenner’s E! reality series, Life of Kylie.
Their close bond was showcased for all to see in the one season show as Jenner tackled life in her 20s and the meteoric rise of her make-up empire, Kylie Cosmetics.
The friends were so close that in one of the episodes they decided to get “married” during a commitment ceremony in Peru.
February 2018: Jordyn supports Jenner during pregnancy
Kylie announced her daughter Stormi’s birth by releasing a YouTube video, titled To Our Daughter, to much fanfare.
Having kept her pregnancy secret to the public, viewers watched intently as Kylie informed those closest to her about her next chapter as a mother, notably telling her BFF the news by handing her a positive pregnancy test.
In the video, fans heard Woods say: “Whatever your name is going to be, this is how I found out about you. Your mother and I were living our lives, she met your father, they just hit it off. Chemistry.”
September 2018: They launch their make-up collaboration
After keeping her mouth sealed about Kylie’s pregnancy and birth, Woods was rewarded for her loyalty by teaming up with her best pal for their Kylie x Jordyn collection for Kylie Cosmetics.
At the time, the reality TV star praised Woods for all that she had helped her to do as she promoted their new line, writing on Instagram: “I can’t wait to introduce the KYLIE X JORDYN @kyliecosmetics collection to you guys but before I do, I wanted to come on here and let you know just how special this collection really is to me.
“Jordyn and I have had a true unmatchable relationship and I consider her family.
“She’s helped me remain ME throughout all these years and this is the first time we have collaborated on such a project” (sic).
February 2019: Jordyn kisses Tristan Thompson at a party
After almost seven years of friendship, Jordyn’s status as Kylie’s BFF was no more after Woods kissed Tristan Thompson at a party in February 2019.
Thompson was then dating Jenner’s older sister, Khloe Kardashian, who had welcomed their first child, True, 10 months earlier.
The scandal resulted in Woods’ falling out with Kylie and her family, as well as prompting Kardashian to split from the NBA basketball player.
June 2019: Kylie and Jordyn attend the same birthday party
Several months after their public fallout, the two stars attended the same birthday party of a mutual friend in Hollywood.
At the time, TMZ reported that they had a very short exchange but added that the “interaction wasn’t awkward at all” and that “good vibes were flowing.”
Notably, the outlet also reported that Tristan Thompson had been in attendance at the bash, but both neither party spoke to the sports star.
June 2019: Kylie addresses her BFF’s scandal for the first time
Four months after the furore, Jenner addressed the scandal during an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Recalling a conversation, she had following the incident, Kylie told her sisters: “I called [Jordyn] and she didn’t really say anything, she was just like, you know, crying the whole time.
“I was just telling her … You weren’t thinking about [Khloe and Tristan’s daughter] True, about Khloe, about me, [and] you weren’t thinking about yourself.”
July 2019: Jenner needed to ‘grow without’ Woods in her life
In a later episode of her family’s reality show, the beauty mogul discussed the fallout with her ex BFF with her sister Khloe and how she needed “grow without” Jordyn in her life.
She said: “I think that this whole Jordyn situation needed to happen. For a reason. For me, for her, for you, for everybody.
“She was my security blanket, she lived with me, we did everything together.
“I just felt like, ‘Oh, I have Jordyn, I don’t need anything else.’ I feel like there’s a part of me that needed to grow without her.
“And sometimes people are there for certain reasons and certain times of your life and not for others.”
July 2023: Kylie and Jordyn are spotted having dinner
Jenner is pictured having dinner with Woods.
The former pals were spotted at a sushi restaurant in Los Angeles on Saturday and appeared to be in good spirits in photos obtained by MailOnline.
Following their dinner, the pair were seen leaving the restaurant in the same car.
