The Kansas City Chiefs enjoyed a party of champions after winning their third Super Bowl title at the State Farm Stadium on Sunday. The Chiefs secured a dramatic 38-35 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles, to get their hands on the Vince Lombardi Trophy.
After being crowned champions for 2023, the Chiefs partied in style as the celebrations poured into the locker room. Members of the Chiefs' playing roster gave their fans an inside look, after sharing a number of clips of their post-match party on social media.
Wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster live streamed a large part of the celebrations to his 3.3 million followers on Instagram, where the champagne was certainly flowing.
So much so punter Tommy Townsend was seen pouring and drinking a bottle of bubbly off the iconic Vince Lombardi Trophy. When the champagne was not being poured down the Super Bowl prize, it was being tossed across the locker room in typical celebratory fashion.
Unsurprisingly the music was blasting from the locker room speakers, with music from their rival state of Philadelphia even making the playlist. In what seemed to be a cheeky dig at their rivals, Chiefs star Isiah Pacheco was dancing to Philly rapper Uzi as he live streamed the champions' party to his 200,000 Instagram followers.
As if often a tradition with Super Bowl winners, the 23-year-old wide receiver was seen enjoying a cigar as he danced away in the locker room. As well as their antics off the pitch, it was no doubt a night to remember on it.
The man of the hour proved to once again be their starring quarter-back Patrick Mahomes, as the 27-year-old stole the show to secure his second Super Bowl MVP crown. His night could well have been over partway though the match, as he hit the Arizona playing surface in pain after picking up an ankle injury.
Ever the man for a big occasion though, Mahomes eventually returned to his feet and played on to guide his team to a memorable victory. Speaking after the Chiefs' triumph, the Super Bowl MVP targeted further success for himself and his teammates.

He said: "I told you all this week there's nothing that's going to keep me off that football field. I just want to shout out my team-mates, we challenge each other, it took everybody to win this football game.I won't say dynasty yet - we're not done!"
Discussing about his battle to stay out on the field despite picking up his injury, Mahomes added: "I had a lot of soreness going through into half-time, (but) as able to move it around and kind of get taped up a little bit and go out there in that second half and it didn’t feel good. But I was going to leave it all out there. And I’m glad it was enough for the win.”
