Joss Stone has reportedly put her huge country mansion near Cullompton in Devon up for rent as a holiday letting after her move to Nashville, Tennessee.
The Super Duper Love singer, 35, has reportedly put the impressive pad up for rent for £1,325 a week, according to The Sun.
Joss intended for her trip to Nashville to be a short-term one as she recorded Never Forget My Love, which was released in February this year.
However, Joss and her partner Cody DaLuz decided to stay during the singer's pregnancy with their first child Violet, who they welcomed in February 2021.
And now as the singer is pregnant with the couple's second child she has reportedly put her Devon home up for rent.
Joss grew up in Devon and is said to have purchased the impressive, rustic home when her parents split.
She previously said of the pad, according to the publication: "My house is where I spent my childhood.
"Being there is very grounding. The countryside just makes me feel better."
And photos of the impressive property, which comfortably sleeps ten in its five bedrooms, make it clear to see why she would want to hold on to the home while she remains in the US.
The exterior of the house shows a large terracotta patio with a set of stone stairs placed next to the home. There is also a large balcony above a set of double glass doors. The railings of the balcony boast a colourful floral design.
Meanwhile the comfortable rattan furniture boasts the perfect place for a morning coffee or as somewhere to socialise with friends.
There appear to be two entrances from this angle of the multi-storey property, including a set of standard double doors and a set of arched doors, too.
Inside, the home also boasts a spacious kitchen with a red and black AGA range cooker. The walls are decorated in a sage green while exposed beams give a real rustic look to the kitchen, which Joss one filmed a cooking segment for Lorraine Kelly in.
A large island sits in the middle of the kitchen with stools surrounded by it so the family can enjoy making meals together. Meanwhile, there is plenty of cupboard space on offer while the skylights add a feeling of more space to the big room.
Four smaller light fixtures surround one larger hanging light, with stunning stained glass on.
The light fittings and wall colour in of the five bedrooms is the same of that in the kitchen area.
A large bed with crisp white sheets and a wooden frame takes centre-stage in the room while arches of exposed brick are placed either side of the bed on the wall the bed is placed against.
A colourful chest of drawers, which boasts a floral painted design on, rests below another area of wall with some framed exposed brick – and within that is a painting of a big, green tree.
The lounge area is incredibly cosy with two large, comfy grey sofas placed in front of a huge fireplace, which takes centre stage in the room. Two huge bookshelves are placed either side of the fireplace and a huge wooden coffee table.
Finally, the bathroom has a gorgeous, round roll top bath tub with a copper exterior and colourful mosaic interior which gives it the wow-factor.
And the sink is placed in the middle of two windows and is placed on a rustic wood set of shelves.
Joss recently admitted she missed Devon in an exclusive interview with the Mirror and revealed she plans to return when her daughter Violet is old enough for school.
She said: "I miss the pubs. Being here, you notice that pubs make communities.
"Everybody goes there, not always for drinking but for socialising as families.
"Lots of things go on at pubs; kids’ events, music and dinners. It is a great way to meet people, I miss that. In Tennessee, there isn’t anything like that. There is a bar but it is not a wholesome family spot."
