Kate Moss is due to take the stand in Johnny Depp's bitter defamation case against his ex-wife Amber Heard.
The Pirates of the Caribbean actor dated the supermodel between 1994 - 1997, after his infamous split with Winona Ryder.
The 48-year-old model is due to take the stand after the Aquaman actress named her while testifying earlier this month, a move which legal experts called a "blunder".
According to reports in the US, she will testify via live video link and be called by Depp's team on Wednesday, reports the Mirror.
But what happened between the two Hollywood A-Listers, and why didn't things work out?
Johnny Depp and Kate Moss' relationship
Depp has had a successful Hollywood career for over four decades and has worked across major movies like Charlie and The Chocolate Factory and Edward Scissorhands.
After the breakdown of his well documented and very public relationship with Winona Ryder, Depp and Kate Moss began getting linked together.
They became an iconic '90s power couple, but their time together only ended up lasting a few years.
They met in 1994 in New York. According to The Face, they first clapped eyes on each other in the trendy East Village hideaway of Café Tabac - a regular haunt for the city’s famous and beautiful.
Depp was 31 at the time and Moss just 20 when they were introduced by the columnist George Wayne. Writing in a post on Instagram in 2019 he said: “It was The GW who introduced Kate Moss to Johnny Depp....
“One fateful night mid 90’s at Cafe Tabac which was the supermodel hangout back in the day!
“Johnny was in the back having dinner and Kate walked in with Naomi and The GW grabbed her and made the introduction! I had no idea that they would then become the IT couple for seasons to come ....destroying hotel rooms across the globe during their still unforgettable union!”
Public displays of affection were a common part of the couple’s image - Depp’s friend once said to People Magazine that "they can't keep their hands, lips, mouths, legs off each other".
It wasn’t just love all the time though, with the two having heated arguments - one of which led to the police being called.
In September 1994, Depp was arrested for criminal mischief after trashing his hotel room. Moss was unhurt and his charges were dropped on the condition he stayed out of trouble for six months. He also had to pay thousands of dollars in damages.
Why did Johnny Depp and Kate Moss break up?
Depp is thought to be the reason for the breakup, which came to a grinding halt in 1997.
Speaking to Hello! magazine in 1998, Depp admitted: “I have never got that emotional over a woman before.
“I have been so stupid because we had so much going for our relationship. I’m the one who has to take responsibility for what happened — I was difficult to get on with, I let my work get in the way and I didn’t give her the attention I should have done.
“The whole thing was crazy because I should never have got so worked up over what people had to say about my work. Sure I should care about my movies, but when I get home I should try to leave that stuff behind. I couldn’t do that and I was horrific to live with. Trust me, I’m a total moron at times.”
It seems there was always a lot of love still lingering between the two though, with Kate telling Vanity Fair: "There's nobody that's ever really been able to take care of me. Johnny did for a bit. I believed what he said. Like if I said, 'What do I do?' he'd tell me.
“And that's what I missed when I left. I really lost that gauge of somebody I could trust. Nightmare. Years and years of crying. Oh, the tears!"
