Tyler Adams has confessed his love the competitive nature at Thorp Arch after making the move to Leeds United earlier this season. The United States international reunited with Jesse Marsch for the third time in his career and has made a bright start to life at Elland Road.
The central midfielder has - so far - filled the void left in the heart of midfield by the departing Kalvin Phillips and struck up a solid partnership with Marc Roca in the Whites engine room. Leeds have made a steady start to the campaign, winning two, drawing two and losing two of their opening six games, scoring and conceding 10 goals across those fixtures.
There's a lot of football still to be played, but Adams has been impressed by the intensity at the club. Speaking to the Men in Blazers podcast, Adams said: "Training is intense. Obviously training sessions under Jesse in general usually get a bit feisty. He loves that competitive nature and I love that as well."
