James Corden and Prince Harry started an unlikely friendship after the ex-royal's move to the US.
The Late Late Show talk show host James, who is leaving California after living there for eight years, only had lovely things about to say about Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle.
According to reports, James built a close friendship with Prince Harry while there and the actor and presenter has filmed a few segments with Harry over the years.
Most recently, James admitted it wouldn't be 'fair' to wade into the constant debate surrounding the couple.
The two are such close friends that Prince Harry even thanked James in the acknowledgement section of his book, Spare.
Here's everything we know about their friendship...
Memoir Tribute
In Prince Harry's memoir Spare, he thanked his famous friends, staff members and some of his mother's siblings.
However, he never mentioned any members of the royal family.
The 38-year-old started his acknowledgements by saying: "The length of this list alone leaves me deeply humbled."
Harry went on to thank his publishing team, "military family" and Oprah Winfrey.
He also thanked Tyler Perry, Chris Martin, Nacho Figueras and his wife Delphi Blaquier, and James Corden "for their unwavering friendship and support."
The acknowledgements in his book came over a year after Prince Harry appeared on James' show - where they famously rode a double-decker bus.
'A devoted husband'
In May last year, James praised Prince Harry and called him a "devoted and loving husband".
The talk show host even revealed he and his wife Julia, and their three kids, have visited the royal couple at their California home.
James' experiences with Harry and Meghan "have been nothing but positive" and he added that he's a "huge fan" of the couple.
In an interview with The Sun, James said: "It was more a sort of play date scenario [with the kids].
"Then we went out for dinner after, it was lovely. Obviously, I’m not telling you any more. Obviously.”
Speaking about Prince Harry, James continued: "I have a huge amount of respect and admiration for Harry, and anyone who has been around him and spent time with him would feel exactly the same way.
"I think he is a devoted and loving husband and father and I think what they have done [in turning away from royal life] is incredibly brave and I’ll always be in their corner. I have nothing but admiration and respect for them. I think it’s impossible to judge any of it really."
Staying Out Of Drama
Most recently, the presenter got a message from the Duke during an interview.
During a chat with The Sun, he said he would not be drawn on the current debate surrounding the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and said: "It's not fair."
On receiving the text he playfully told the interviewer 'Oh God, wouldn’t you just love to see these.'
It comes after he admitted he was terrified as he prepares to leave his hit US chat show.
James is heading back to the UK after eight years in California but admitted he has “never felt this scared” in his professional life.
