An urban explorer has shared photographs from inside Jermaine Pennant's abandoned mansion.
Daniel Sims - known as Bearded Reality on social media - shared footage of the fire damaged home on Youtube after reading about the property online. Firefighters were called to a fire at Hale mansion, formerly owned by ex-Liverpool player Jermaine Pennant, for a second time in a month on Tuesday, November 1.
The fire was the second following a blaze at the abandoned mansion on October 10. Cheshire Constabulary said the fire on October 10 was being treated as deliberate, with Detective Constable Rich Gray, of Widnes CID, adding they were aware the address has "attracted a lot of attention".

Having heard about the property, Daniel Sims visited the abandoned mansion with a friend on Saturday, November 5. Although badly damaged by the fires, the urban explorer said the property was "pretty lovely, even though it has been set on fire."
Daniel Sims said: "One of the great things is that there was a pool at the back, and you have low flying planes. This is something I was trying to capture on my video. These planes were flying low, so you can just imagine if you were Mr Pennant himself, coming out into a backyard and getting in your pools with the planes flying over.
"The place is quite big as well, quite spacious. I would have liked to have seen that man cave in full swing."
It is understood Jermaine Pennant, who played for LFC between 2006 and 2009, bought the mansion for just over £1m in 2006. The property has stood empty since 2020.
The property was subject of a drugs warrant carried out earlier this year when officers discovered a cannabis farm and seized multiple plants. A 35-year-old man was arrested and released on bail before being transferred to West Midlands Police.
