The Vicar of Dibley star, 65, is said to have paid almost £2 million for the mansion which sits on the Devon and Cornwall boarder.
She snapped up the property have selling her beloved Fowey home for £6.6 million back in 2021 - triple what she paid for it in 2006.
The actress took to Instagram to show off her new writing room which boasts huge windows looking out over a breathtaking countryside view.
The room features a grand desk, large chandelier and mementos on the walls.
Her stunning space is painted pink with wooden floorboards.
Dawn wrote: "I made a beautiful room to write in, and now I can't stop looking at the room and the view instead of writing…..#t**t @annastandish.interiors."
The comedian swapped her idyllic harbourside home for the new pad after spending 15 years raving about her life in the Cornish port of Fowey.
Her new home is a stunning five bedroom Victorian villa in a quieter and more secluded part of Cornwall, off the tourist track.
It is set within three acres which include a Victorian glass house, potting shed, two paddocks and a fruit and vegetable allotment.
As well as the main house, the property has an annex with its own bedroom, kitchen, living room and shower room.
There is also a separate coach house with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen as well as its own garden and parking space.
Dawn earned a staggering profit after selling her stunning Cornwall mansion for triple what she bought it for in 2006.
She purchased the historic three-storey Point Neptune House which overlooks the harbour in Fowey for £2.3 million but in 2021 sold it for £6.6 million.
The star moved into the Grade-II listed property in 2006 with her then-husband comedian Lenny Henry and their daughter Billie.
The couple divorced in 2010 after 25 years of marriage and Dawn wed again in 2013 to therapist Mark Bignell.
The intimate Cornwall ceremony was attended by those closest to the star - including Lenny.
