A country pub boasting stunning views over a lake has come up for sale. The lease of the Queen Adelaide in Blagdon is being offered for sale with an asking price of just £35,000 - including fixtures and fittings.

The property is currently trading as an Indian restaurant. The vibrant village is nestled in the Mendip Hills and has a population of around 1,200, reports Somerset Live.
