Coronation Street star Rob Mallard has become a fan favourite since joining the soap in 2016.
He plays Ken Barlow's son Daniel Osbourne in the ITV drama, which airs on Virgin Media in Ireland.
The character has faced his fair share of love, loss and heartbreak on the cobbles - particularly when the love of his life Sinead Tinker died from cancer in a heartbreaking storyline.

In recent weeks, Corrie viewers have watched on has tries to patch things up with on/of girlfriend Daisy Midgely, while dealing with her sick stalker Justin Rutherford.
Away from the cobbles, actor Rob's love life is also as dramatic. He's dated a co-star, had a devastating break up and new romance rumours are swirling.
Here's the lowdown on what we know about his love life, Mirror UK reports.
Co-star relationship
After joining Corrie in 2016, Rob, 30, started dating Daniel Brocklebank, 43, who plays Vicar Billy Mayhew.
The couple were together for a short spell in 2017 and Rob paid tribute to his co-star when he bagged a British Soap Award.
He said in his acceptance speech: "Even though this is fantastic, Dan, you’re the best thing I’ve ever taken home."
The couple have since split up, citing the pressures of working together, but are still said to be friends.
A source told The Sun's TV column: "It was a lot of pressure for both of them to be working on the same show and going out—in the end something had to give.
"They decided to part ways but they’re still great friends and hope to remain that way."
Sad split
After splitting up with Dan, Rob found love with Ben Perryman.
The actor confirmed their romance in an Instagram picture with the caption: "Some people walk into your life at the right time, some people exit your life at the right time, we’re all here for a purpose and that’s to find happiness. You decide what your happiness is."
Fans were delighted with the news, with one gushing: "Congratulations to you both @benperryman so happy for you!"
Ben also praised Rob in a social media post after the pair attended a Coronation Street Christmas party.
He said: "If anyone could teach me how to spell happy all over again it would be him. Everything about you is just perfect. Robert Mallard you’re my hero."
The couple split in 2019, confirming in January 2020 their relationship had reached its "natural end."
A representative for the actor confirmed the news to The Sun, saying: "Rob and Ben are no longer together. It was a mutual separation. Both would appreciate privacy in this personal matter."
New romance rumours
According to reports, Rob has recently grown close to modelling agent Matthew Martin.
The pair have been spotted in Instagram pictures together, alongside Matthew's mum and sister, who visited the Coronation Street set tour before Christmas.
A source told The Sun: "Rob seems loved up and it’s so nice to see. It’s like he’s completely smitten. Everyone is hoping this relationship is The One because Matthew’s a really nice bloke.
"Rob fits right in with his family and the cast who have met Matthew really like him."
Neither Rob or Matthew have confirmed they are in a relationship.
