They started off their getaway in Bangkok and have now started island hopping - but are remaining tight-lipped about the current destination they are visiting.
Usually, the couple shares every detail of their lives online but they are yet to reveal which of the 1430 islands they have headed to enjoy the rest of their holiday.
Carl has teased fans with a glimpse of the luxe Thai hotel they are staying at by taking to his Instagram Stories to upload a video of the beautiful surroundings including a stunning pool with a bride across, swinging seats and rows of sun loungers.
He did not tag the location or tell his fans the name of the luxe hotel.
The couples travel companion, Ryan Mira, has offered more insights into the venue by sharing videos from inside his hotel room - which Katie and Carls' room is expected to be near-identical to.
Ryan gave his followers a tour of the room - decorated in a stylish monochrome theme - and flaunted the huge bathtub, king size bed and seating area.
Proving that he has gone all out for the holiday, he showed off that he has a swim-up room that allows him to access the pool from the back door of the gorgeous room.
He also failed to geo-tag the location but hinted that they could be at popular tourist island Koh Samui as he shared footage from his plane flight where he flew over Ko Pha Ngan.
Katie and Carl touched down in Thailand’s capital on Monday and shortly after checking into their hotel, following their long-haul flight, they were seen taking a romantic walk.
Putting smitten display, the engaged pair walked hand in hand as they enjoyed the walk under the cover of darkness nearby the venue they were staying in.
Katie - who recently travelled abroad to Belgium for an eye and brow lift - made sure her new face was on display by scraping her long blonde extensions back into a low ponytail.
