The ECHO has taken a look inside one of the cheapest four bedroom homes in the region after its owner accepted a pre-auction offer well below the average for the area.
The four storey house is located on the busy Stanley Road in Bootle , overlooking North Park.
It was set to go to auction later this week with a guide price of £73,000. It was the second cheapest four-bed home on the market in Liverpool at the moment - the cheapest is another auction property on Maiden Lane in Clubmoor, which has a starting price of £50,000.

WRB Auctions told the ECHO the "seller excepted a pre-auction offer" of £80,000.
According to WRB's listing, the property would "make an excellent family home or buy-to-let investment" that could "add value". There's also potential for a "full refurbishment or conversion to flats, subject to planning".
House prices in Bootle had an overall average price of £141,668 in the past year. The figure is 3% up on the previous 12 months and 15% higher than the 2019 peak of £123,408.
The Stanley Road house is accessed via a number of stone steps and has a picturesque bay window and small front garden, which is in need of some TLC.
The entrance hall provides access to two reception rooms, one of which is currently being used as a bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
The kitchen is to the rear and is a generous size, complete with a dining area and a narrow central island. There's also a separate pantry area, which could become a utility room.
The first floor has three large bedrooms and a family bathroom, while the second floor has another bedroom and an en-suite.
The outside space, while overgrown, is large and has heaps of potential to become an oasis off an otherwise busy road. There's also a 287 sq ft basement in the property which could be converted for a number of uses.
