A once-popular UFO-shaped restaurant which sits on the edge of a lake has left to rot after it was abandoned.
Eerie photos show what is left of the flying saucer-styled structure, which was a floating restaurant called Arizona.
It was a hit with tourists in the polish city of Chorzów in the 1960s, but it was relocated in the 1990s to Lake Pogoria in Katowice, where it reopened under the name 'Rose of the Winds'.
And since it closed amid safety concerns in 2008, it has sat abandoned, bobbing away on the banks of Lake Pogoria, slowly rotting away.
An urban explorer and photographer known only as Kyle Urbex visited the city earlier this year and documented his exploration of the relic.
Photos from the outside appear to show an alien spacecraft has landed on the side of the lake.
But there were no signs of life on the craft as photos taken inside show the state of disrepair it has fallen into, with missing floorboards and dirty windows visible.
He said: "It's just been sat docked in the side of the lake rotting away, so it was a bit hazardous getting in.
"But once I was inside, it's fascinating and it makes you think just how amazing it must've been when it was open.
"I wanted to explore it because it's quirky, it's not something you see every day."
In its heyday, the restaurant was a main attraction at tourist hotspot Park Śląski.
Not only did it float on the surface of the water, but its powerful engine meant it could be moved around the lake freely.
Photos from inside the abandoned building show the structure's control panel once used to move it on the water.
They also show the state of disrepair the building has been left in since it closed 15 years ago. Beer cans and evidence of vandalism can also be seen.
Kyle, of Leeds, West Yorkshire, visited Poland in May and spent much of his time exploring abandoned structures.
In recent years, he's documented explorations of abandoned houses, mills and even the club where the Full Monty climax was filmed.
And he rates the spaceship eatery in his top 10, adding: "It's so unique.
"Once you're inside it was a free for all, you don't know if the slides are going to give in.
"The best part for me was the view of the lake and the red slate roof tiles on the roof.
"It was a bit eerie being in there. Probably 99% of the time it's just me on my own.
"If somebody has a problem with you being there, it could be hard to get your across and explain what you're doing."
