Eerie footage has been filmed inside an abandoned Edinburgh hotel which is set to be demolished to make way for student accommodation.
Northfield House Hotel, on Lasswade Road, shut down before the Covid pandemic and was formerly viewed as a useful amenity for locals and tourists to the Gracemount area.
In June 2020, plans were validated by the council for the 1870s Georgian-style hotel to be bulldozed to be replaced by a huge five-storey student accommodation building consisting of 99 rooms.
