A new chocolate bar available at Aldi ahead of the Easter festivities has been getting with rave reviews and egg-citing shoppers. And it costs a monumental £2 less than the equivalent M&S' offering.
The Dairyfine Mini Chocolate Eggs Chunky Bar (225g) is filled with whole mini eggs covered in chocolate costs just £2.99. This is a significant savng on the M&S giant speckled egg bar, which sells for £5.
Plenty of customers have gone to TikTok to heap praise on the Aldi snack. One user posted a video of the chocolate bar and said: "Aldi Easter treats are banging. 100000% recommend Aldi mini eggs bar." Another @dylanreviews taste-tested the bar. He said: "Ooh that is nice, if not better than actual Mini Eggs."
Numerous fans commented on the video, reports Liverpool Echo. One said: "I saw that today. I wish I'd bought it now." A second said: "I love Aldi chocolate." Another added: "I need this" and a fourth said: "Looks insane."
Aldi also shared a picture of the chocolate and said: "When we say run don't walk for this new staple in our cupboards... Easter has come early to Aldi and you can grab this Mini Eggs Chunky Bar in stores now!"
The bar is available in Aldi stores and via click-and-collect.
