A new inquiry dubbed “Casey 2” has been launched into whether the Metropolitan Police has radically changed since Sarah Everard’s murder and a series of harrowing scandals.
The Independent Fairfield Review is a follow-up to Baroness Louise Casey’s 2023 report which found the force was institutionally racist, misogynist and homophobic.
