An influencer has faced backlash after asking a rescue centre for a free puppy in exchange for promotion on Instagram.
Writing to the animal charity, the unknown social media star requested that they 'sponsor a puppy of her choice' in return for online exposure, the Mirror reports. In the message, which has since been posted to Reddit, she wrote: "Hi. Are you guys keen on collaboration with me?
"I will be able to deliver one Instagram carousel post and one Instagram story post (a repost of the first post).
