New Delhi: The Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) on Saturday hiked the prices of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) by Rs two in Delhi-NCR and adjoining areas.
The prices came into effect from 0600 hrs today.
In NCT of Delhi, one kg CNG is being retailed at Rs 75.61 in Noida, in Greater Noida and Ghaziabad at Rs 78.17, in Muzaffarnagar, Meerut and Shamli at Rs 82.84, in Gurugram at Rs 83.94 and in Rewari, it costs Rs 86.07.
At Karnal and Kaithal, one has to shell out Rs 84.27 for 1 kg CNG, while Kanpur, Hamirpur and Fatehpur have fixed the rate at Rs 87.40. The CNG per kg price in Ajmer, Pali and Rajsamand is Rs 85.88.
Earlier, the IGL had hiked the price of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) in Delhi-NCR on May 15, 2022. The city gas distributor has been increasing prices of CNG since October last year.
However, prices of diesel and petrol have remained unchanged. (UNI)
