Details about the voice to parliament and wider Indigenous recognition will be in focus at this year's annual Garma Festival in the Northern Territory.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is set to attend Australia's largest Indigenous gathering, which starts on Friday in northeast Arnhem Land.
