- Indie rock band The Strokes are set to return to the UK stage after a three-year hiatus, following the release of their new album "Reality Awaits" and single "Going Shopping".
- As part of their "Reality Awaits The World 2026" tour, they will play London's The O2 on 6 October, Newcastle's Utilita Arena on 25 October, and Manchester's Co-Op Arena on 26 October.
- The band also has a date scheduled for Dublin's 3Arena on 28 October, alongside further European dates in cities such as Amsterdam, Barcelona, and Paris.
- Support acts for the tour will alternate between London-formed band The Fat White Family, American rock band Cage The Elephant, US singer-songwriter Hamilton Leithauser, and singer Thundercat.
- Tickets for the tour will be available via a presale at 10am on Wednesday for those registered on the band's website, with a general sale commencing on Friday.
