Indian tractor-trailer driver, busy with his phone, runs over 23-year-old man in Chicago who was changing tire

Another road accident in the US and another Indian name at the center. On June 24, 23-year-old Sebastian Stone was struck and killed by a passing vehicle when he was changing a flat tire on his black Honda on the right shoulder of I-80 near Torrence Avenue. Now it has been found out that the tractor-trailer driver was 34-year-old Kuljeet Kang, who was using his phone when the accident took place.
