Indian origin siblings Tarun and Trisha Kanyamarala are in the midst of a golden run on the chess circuit in Ireland. While Trisha --- Ireland’s first-ever WIM (Woman International Master) --- won the Irish women’s championship last month, her elder brother Tarun bagged the men’s (open) crown on Sunday.
The duo --- with roots in Telangana --- will be closely-tracked when they arrive in Chennai as part of the Irish National team for the upcoming Olympiad.
