Indian-origin investor defends Laura Loomer on 'Islamophobia': 'I had this face-to-face encounter...'

Indian-origin venture capitalist Asha Jadeja Motwani defended Donald Trump aide Laura Loomer's take on 'Islamophobia' and said "feraing any ideology that calls for your murder" is normal and not phobia. Motwani said she had a face-to-face encounter with a young man distributing Qurans who told her on her face that he would have to kill her if she did not conver. Motwani said the inident took place in downtown Palo Alto.

Loomer's India visit to attend a media conclave in New Delhi came under much criticism as she spoke horribly against India and Indian-origin people in past. At the conclave, she apologized for her past social media posts and said she should have said some of the hateful things, though she maintained that she would not take back the words she said against the H-1B workers in the US as she stands for America First.
