NEW DELHI: The Indian Olympic Association (IOA) has revolted against its own president, legendary track and field athlete PT Usha, over the appointment of Raghuram Iyer as the organisation’s chief executive officer (CEO).
According to sources, the fresh uprising has allegedly been orchestrated by IOA’s senior vice president, Ajay H Patel, and joint secretary Kalyan Chaubey, who was previously the acting CEO before Iyer’s appointment.
