Indian Bank launches AI-TARA voice banking, Smart Wealth and IND Cash Optima at Global Fintech Fest 2026

Indian Bank launched a set of digital banking solutions at the Global Fintech Fest (GFF) 2026, including a voice-based conversational banking assistant, a personal finance management tool and a digital cash management platform for corporate customers, the bank said in a statement.

The bank introduced "AI-TARA" (Trusted AI Relationship Assistant), a conversational banking solution that allows customers to access banking services through voice commands in 10 languages, including fund transfers, IMPS and fixed deposit creation. The solution is aimed at making digital banking simpler and more accessible, particularly for senior citizens and customers with limited digital expertise, the bank said.
