NEW DELHI: Chief selector Ajit Agarkar stated on Tuesday that KL Rahul's inclusion offers India's World Cup squad "the best balance" because he complied with all fitness standards. This dispels any lingering doubts about the wicketkeeper-batter.

The last time Rahul appeared for India was in an ODI match against Australia in Chennai back in March.
